8Eleven delivers to many or most addresses in the following zones within Thimphu, charged according to your residential zone. Your order will be delivered within 24 hrs after it is placed. Please be advised that 24 hrs is the longest waiting timeframe. Orders will be dropped at your doorstep as early as 30 minutes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES


  • 1. Exchange is allowed within 7 days of purchase. You can visit our store in person. We are located in Thimphu town, next to City office.

  • 2. No cash refund

  • 3. Jewellery, electronics and cosmetics are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • 4. All goods must be returned in original selling condition.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Do you deliver to dzongkhags outside Thimphu?

Yes we deliver to dzongkhags out of Thimphu. However, we have a minimum order amount. The delivery period depends on how close or far you are from Thimphu. Example, we can make same day delivery to Paro, Wangdue and distance of same. Please call us at 02-326-949 and allow us to clear all of your questions, comments, concerns.

Do you deliver phones?

Yes, we do.

Can I call or send my shopping list to your WhatsApp number?

Yes you can, although we suggest you use out ecommerce platform to avoid numerous back and forth, which would save everyone’s time.

What is the last hour I can place my order?

We take orders 24/7, 7 days a week. Our vans are dispatched 3 times a day (11.30am/2.30pm/5pm) to different zones for faster delivery. So any order that’s placed before 11:30am is dispatched at 11:30, followed by 2:30pm pm and 5pm.

How do I return an item? How do I get my refund?
